beyond the permissions granted below, Below is the general
information for the: The text of the New American Standard Bible® may be quoted and/or reprinted up to and inclusive of five hundred (500) verses without express written permission of The Lockman Foundation, providing the verses do not amount to a complete book of the Bible nor do the verses quoted account for more than 25% of the total work in which they are quoted. Notice of copyright as shown below must appear on the title or copyright page of the work: "Scripture
quotations taken from the New American Standard Bible®, When quotations are primarily from the NASB text on an Internet Web page (scripture quotations not from the NASB must be identified), instead of the full copyright notice on the title page, this notice must be placed somewhere on the Web page containing the quotations: “Scripture

text are used in not-for-sale media, such as church bulletins, orders

When quotations from the LBLA® text are used in not-for-sale media, such as church bulletins, orders of service, posters, transparencies or similar media, the abbreviation (LBLA®) may be used at the end of the quotation. Permission to Quote In Curriculum The text of the NASB®, NBLH®, and LBLA® may be quoted and/or reprinted up to and inclusive of fifteen hundred (1,500) verses as an integral part of the text in Sunday School and/or related curriculum materials without express written permission of The Lockman Foundation, providing that any consecutive verses do not comprise more than one complete book of the Bible(produced as a separate paperback supplement to or as a component part of the curricula) nor do the verses quoted account for more than 50% of the total work in which they are quoted. Notice of the corresponding NASB®, NBLH®, or LBLA® copyright must appear on the title or copyright page of the work as follows: "Scripture quotations
taken from the New American Standard Bible®, "Scripture
quotations taken from Nueva Biblia de los Hispanos®, "Scripture quotations
taken from La Biblia de las Américas®, One complete copy of the work using the quotations from the, if published for sale, must be sent to The Lockman Foundation within 30 days following the publication of the work. This permission to quote is limited to material which is wholly manufactured in compliance with the provisions of the copyright laws of the United States of America and all applicable international conventions and treaties.
